Stroke Development Series

Stroke Development Series

This program is designed for swimmers ages 10–15 who have mastered basic technique and are ready to refine and strengthen their strokes. The series focuses on enhancing efficiency, power, and endurance in all competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Participants work on advanced body position, timing, breathing patterns, starts, turns, and underwater skills. Through structured drills, stroke correction, and endurance training, swimmers improve speed, consistency, and confidence in the water. Emphasis is placed on proper mechanics and training habits that support long-term swim development and readiness for competitive opportunities or higher-level swim programs.
